50. (Revoked).

50. The driver’s licence in paper form of a holder born in an even-numbered year is valid:
(1)  from the date on which it is issued until the end of the holder’s birthday occurring during the same year, if it is issued in an even-numbered year;
(2)  from the date on which it is issued until the end of the holder’s birthday occurring during the following even-numbered year, if it is issued in an odd-numbered year.
